I was just thinking about how to model "calm in emergencies, even though freaks out other times." And I got this image of a fun bit for a character. . .

Unfazeable (Emergencies Only, -30%) -- 11 points
Danger Sense -- 15 points
Quirk: hates scary movies, bungee jumping, roller coasters, etc, and screams like a little kid and has nightmares if actually goes to one.

I just had this image of this character being forced to go through a carnival haunted house or something like that by his friends and party members, and, all of a sudden, becoming totally calm. And the other characters noticing this and freaking out -- because if THIS character is calm, it means that there's some sort of ACTUAL danger around. . .

I was under the impression that 'unfazeable' was for any and all 'standard' fright checks. Scary stuff, etc. The 'fearlessness' would be for things like psionics, magical, atemi or other meta abilities that still require a fright check roll even if the person is not afraid. You could be right tho, my books are still packed up from the move.
