If I had to guess, I'd guess that you DON'T teach that. I'd guess that the horse is just doing that because she's having so much fun and getting into the music.

I mean, doesn't that look like both the horse and the human members of the team are enjoying the hell out of themselves?

They do indeed. And after all, my cats used to keep time to music with their tails, so there's no reason horses shouldn't be able to do the same. I never did see my cats dance, though.
