When you get right down to it, does one really need a reason to invent and bake a Pesadich, pareve banana cream pie?

My gut reaction is oscillating between "Blech!" and "But Ian made it, it must be worth eating!"

It didn't end up as a banana cream pie. It's somewhere between banana pudding and banana bread. It's okay, but not great.
