Before I saw the pictures, the only thing that prevented me from assuming an Iron Chef style "hot dog made with octopus meat" was the unlikelihood of *you* doing such a thing, and concluded that you must have turned a hot dog into an octopus. Which, incidentally, I would have phrased as "a hot dog octopus".
Well, Imitation Crab meat is kosher, but I have a friend who is a rabbi who had a dream that God told her that Jill should stop eating it. (I was never into it, myself.)
