See, when the downstairs neighbors were moving out, they disconnected the phones and cable and stuff for their apartment, and someone accidentally hit an extra switch and wiped out ours, too. Took 'em about three minutes to figure out, and we should be credited for the outage time.

Second, I went to see our astrologer today. . .

Hell, if people post their Rob Breszney stuff, I can post the stuff from my actual chart. . .

See, some friends of the family are, among other things, astrologers. So Joe Crane offered me a reading since I was, y'know, beating myself up and all.

Here's some of the highlights of what we found. . .

First off, Saturn return. Saturn has a tendency to make one feel stuck, depressed, and despondent, anyway. . .

Uranus has a tendecy to be the opposite. Uranus tends to break stuff up and make stuff move -- and Uranus is moving into my Sun. That means that now I've got a chance to, well, redefine myself. So, that's hopeful.

And next week, Jupiter is moving into Virgo, for me, which is opposite of my sun, meaning that I've got some Jupiter stuff coming through next week, which is, y'know, bigness. King of the Gods and proto-star kind of bigness, stuff; that should help keep me going.

Six months from now, Neptune is moving into my moon. Neptune sort of has a tendency to slog things down, so I'd better be ON a path at that point, since, at that point (which is right around my 30th birthday), well, if I'm not on a path and moving in a direction by then, the "I'm thirty, have done nothing with my life, and just generally suck" thoughts are going to smack me down hard, not only because I'll be 30, but because that's what Neptune in my moon does.

On the bright side, for the next six months, by my naibod secondary chart, well, my midheaven, Jupiter, and, um, the one that looks like a little stick figure with antennae, are all stuck right together working together, which has some sort of beneficial effects on my employablility. I need to run out now and pick Lis up at work, so I don't have time to look through the rest of my notes. . .

Ah yes. Saturn's return.

[old-guy-speaking-to-young-whippersnapper-mode] Why, when *I* went through my Saturn Return, it wasn't nearly as easy as it is for you youngsters. My marriage broke up, I came out ouf about six closets, I found out I was disabled. And I had to walk uphill to school both ways, in the snow, barefoot, twenty miles each way. Yeah, you youngsters and your new modern Saturn Returns.... [/off]

*grins* I know. Saturn Return's not fun. But it is survivable, and you'll come out the other side better for the changes.*hugs*

I was at such a pass last year that I had a projection done... I seem to do something of this nature every 7 years or so. Anywhoo, the interpretation really nailed my feelings about things, but didn't offer advice which I really liked (after I got over being miffed.) Basically, it said yeah, your sense of things is correct and it was reassuring.

Now, when there conflict at work, I have more of a tendency to say to myself, "there's that caught up in powerstruggles no matter what you do aspect" and take a deep breath, and so what I can, and move on. It was very freeing, if that makes any sense.
