I'm going to regrow the beard, I'm pretty sure. The thing that may not be obvious here is that those are the best three pictures out of several dozen I took. And photo number two was just a lucky shot. So, in fact, it doesn't look quite as good as it does in the second photo.
Seeing you looking like that, I wonder when the body-modifications nuts will try and go for the permanent Chrome-Dome look, as in actually metal coated. "Super-Hero bounces Laser-Beams off his Mighty Brow" ;-)
Gain some weight and people might confuse you with Steve Balmer.
I get that a lot, even in person. As near as I can figure, my legs are relatively short, so my torso is proportionally longer than one would expect, so, sitting down, people assume that I'd be somewhat taller than I am. And, even when I'm standing next to someone, they often don't notice that they're looking down at me. I don't know why.
As far as weight goes, nobody guesses that I'm as heavy as I am. Which, when I was studying a full-contact martial art, was rather fun -- people would occasionally attempt to tackle me, and bounce. I am carrying about 20 pounds more fat than I'd like to, but the height-weight charts suggest that I should be 150 pounds.
The last time I was 150 pounds, I was rail-thin -- and 5 feet tall.
My Dad follows the height weight charts. I hates 'em. I told him I'd accept a Body Mass Index measure but not Height Weight - so he found something that claimed to be a BMI index. Funny, it acted just like a height/weight chart... oh well, I pointed it out to him.
Glad to see pictures-- But I dunno. You wear the look well. On the other hand, I have a personal thing for beards, and I like your beard-and-hair look just fine.
