These are two videos of the same event. The first consists of two short dashcam vids of how it starts: I include it partially because you can clearly see that the driver gets out uninjured, which makes it okay to enjoy the rest of it:
Now, the next eight minutes, starting just a few seconds after that, as somebody manages to get his camera out from a more-or-less vaguely safe distance. See, the truck was carrying a load of things that look like welding tanks or something like that. Watch until the end.

Date: 2013-08-11 09:42 pm (UTC)If the Russian system is anything like the one used in Israel (very likely given shared history), then that truck is carrying "gas balloons" for HOME usage, like the pair shown in this photo, from Israel. To prevent damage to the faucet during transit, it is covered with a bright plastic cap, like those seen sticking up from the truck.
