Another cat video.

This one is just Nora. This is a toy from a company called "CatIt", which is basically one of those balls-in-a-track toys, except it's a bunch of pieces you can put together in different configurations, kind of like those wooden Brio train sets I had when I was a kid.

Also, a box from Costco.

Neat idea; that box!

When my Mom was alive, she hid the ball out of Mixi's toy because of the noise. So a few months ago, I found a replacement on eBay. This one lights up. I'll see if I can get a Video of her, when it is dark.

Heh. I ordered one of those Catit thingies online a week or two ago, and am still waiting for it to arrive. Any time now... my hope is that it'll provide hours of entertainment for the smarter and more easily-bored of my cats (who goes looking for trouble when he gets bored) and thus distract him from beating up on the other cats when he can't find anything more interesting to do.

Of course, being a cat and therefore perverse, he'll probably ignore it in favour of the box it came in for the first few days, then when he does deign to notice it he'll just sleep on it or something. We shall see. Soon. :-)
