I love all my friends who put themselves through hell because that's where the people that need them are. EMTs, doctors, hospice workers, warriors, social workers, psychologists, among many others, all of you. I love you guys and appreciate you.

This is because of a gchat from a friend who just went through one of those very un-fun bits that you go through when your job involves trying to save people's lives and you don't always succeed.

There's a bunch of you who've got jobs like that.
