My former boss is going to be talking about Hannukah books for kids tomorrow at 2 PM at Porter Square Books. Rabbi Eliana is going to be with Jackie Dembar-Greene, who wrote the AMERICAN GIRL: REBECCA books (the one about the Jewish girl in 1914), along with lots of other kids' books.

Anyone wanna go? I'm planning on at least attempting to get there. I know that 22 hours is a bit short notice for people who have kids, but I only just found out about it.

I'd love to go, but I've been sick and I don't want to get a whole bunch of other people sick. Let me know if you see any good books that retell the Hanukkah story please?

I liked your previous answer better, the one where you weren't sick. :) Anyway, will do.

Thanks. I thought about it, but then I realized I was probably still contagious. Razzinfrazzin cold is driving me crazy.
