1. Garlic aioli made -- check
2. Deviled egg filling made up with garlic aioli -- check
3. Deviled egg filling loaded into pastry bag -- check
4. Pastry bag and egg halves packed reasonably stably and placed in cooler -- check
5. Bialys made -- check
6. Bialys presliced in halves for use in sandwiches -- bagged, just gonna bring a knife.
7. Knife packed -- I really should do that, shouldn't I?
8. Garlic aioli packed for sandwiches -- check
9. Boring mayonaise packed for sandwiches for people who are to cowardly to use garlic aioli -- check
10. Deli mustard packed -- check.
11. Dijon mustard packed -- check.
12. IBC root beer, IBC cream soda, Polar Golden Ginger Ale, Polar Black Cherry soda, and Moxie packed -- check.
13. Pickles packed -- I should do that.
14. Cheesecake made -- bagged, it's 11 PM, I need to get up at six, and I just can't afford the three hours right now, even though I want to.
15. Celery sliced into celery sticks and packed -- check.

Mom and Dad are bringing the cold cuts. This is probably close enough for right now. Maybe I'll go put a knife and some pickles in the car.

Everything's already put in the car -- the coolers have ice, and the overnight temperatures are going to be around 40 degrees, so things should be fine.
