My ideal set of headphones

Now that I have a smartphone, I actually have a reason to start thinking about headphones and microphones and stuff like that.

I've decided that my absolutely ideal set would be over-the-ear headphones with some openness, so I could still hear the world around me, but nonetheless, with decent-ish stereo sound for listening to music. And I found a set of headphones that more-or-less matches that.

And I also decided that I want a throat mike. And I found one of those, too.

But not together.

It ought to be possible to buy both of these, and solder them together or something, right? Of course, I don't have the skills to do so . . .
