It sounds delicious. Question - are there any cocktails that capture the spice notes of India? If I were going for something complicated, I might try that. A mojito style drink with cardamom and a bit of chili for heat? Or something blended with mango, lime and chili? [edit - now that I think of it, I've got this saffron infused gin, which might work well in an Indian style cocktail]
