Suggestions for good webhosting folks?

xiphiasI was just talking to my snowplowing guy. Besides driving a snowplow, he's also a photographer. He used to have a website with over seventeen hundred photos he'd taken, as a portfolio. The webhost went under, badly, and he lost everything.
He's now looking to start again, with someone who's a. honest, and b. competent. Someone who can set him up with a website which will be able to show potential clients the photos he's taken, but not let folks easily steal them. And he also wants the person hosting this to take care of all the technical details for him, so he doesn't have to worry about it.
Would Frogsmart.com be a good place to send him? Any personal recommendations for decent folks for this stuff?
