I was just checking my email. Earlier this afternoon, I got an email from one of my fifth-grader Hebrew school students.

hey ian, i wrote a rap, people say small white jewish boys cant rap... WRONG
this is an all american song i worte called: ITS A RULE

Okay, I'm not going to copy out the rap, because it's not mine to publish, but I just wanted to let you all know that ten-year-old kids send me rap songs they wrote. Because that's the way I roll.

That's fantastic. Maybe we should send this kid some of the Rob Banks recordings, so that he could also have an example of short white Irish guys rapping. :)
