I'm still working on my alcoholic vegan "egg cream", which bears little resemblance to the real thing but is still pretty good: vodka, Kahlua (or coffee-flavored Patron, I forget), Godiva chocolate liqueur, soymilk, club soda. A garnish of chocolate shavings might have perfected it, but I didn't have any.
