I seem to have -- mostly -- kicked this addiction myself. But it's good that this organization exists, since Civ IV is being released.

Civ IV has been out a while. And it is *very* addictive. Fun fact: the music in the opening is "Our Father", sung, in Swahili, by the Stanford Talismans (an a capella group), I think.

Civ 4 has been out for nearly a year, I believe.... but is graphics intensive and won't run on many machines. I can't run it on my PC. It used to run on Cindy's but won't now (part of the creeping memory problem we've been seeing from MS XP 'updates' that seem designed to force us to buy new computers so we can run the stuff we could run a few months ago without Vista).
