Well. . . I'd rather not.
Except, um. . . I'm pretty sure that grated potatoes ought not be that particular shade of green -- that shade of green that only parents of newborns are quite familiar with.

It smelled similar, too.
There is probably an interesting biology experiment that could be done to figure out why, and what happened, but I'd rather not.

I didn't. It got throwed out right then. The recipe failed at the grating potatoes stage. As soon as that happened, we were done.
