I was wondering if it was too early to start the process of canonizing John M. Ford as the patron saint of Mad Science.
This would mainly consist of using Mike's name as an expletive when dealing with technological and mad-science sorts of subjects:
"Well, sure, but Mike help you if the control linkage goes when you're going downhill."
"The fording hex-nut was stripped, so I couldn't get the fording cover plate off, so I reached into the fording thing and tried to get the fording wire, but I couldn't get the fording insulation off, so I tugged on the thing, and the whole fording wire broke off. I'm THIS CLOSE to throwing the whole fording mike out and starting over."
"Now, be very careful putting that down and DON'T let it get close to that open flame. You what? Oh. . . mike ford. . ."
