So. . . I was just poking around various movie sites, and I discovered a couple things.

First, I apparently missed a movie, "District B-13", which is a crime/martial arts movie set in near-future Paris, and starring one of the guys who developed parkour. Damn. Why didn't anyone TELL me about this one in time? I'm going to have to get it on DVD.

Second. . . okay, so, for whatever reason, there are always two of any concept in movies no matter how unique you'd think it was. Two "asteroid hitting the earth" pictures at once, two "volcano" disaster pics, two remakes of "The Posideon Adventure", (one being made-for-TV), two "CGI-animated bug movies" . . .

But, c'mon -- THREE big-screen adaptations of "Beowulf"? And they ALL look good?

OOOOOh! Thanks for the link to parkour - I'd never heard of it, and it's fascinating.

So now you can see why I'd be upset by missing an urban martial arts film starring one of the best practitioners of it. . .
