If you remember, Lis and I went bowling with a bunch of people because shadesong was in town, and that was the first time I'd ever gone bowling.

Since then, I've kept asking Lis, "So, can we go bowling again today? C'mon, can we? Let's go bowling!" And Lis keeps saying that, the day after we went bowling, her shoulder hurt.

So I just said, "Candlepin bowling has a light ball, maybe your shoulder wouldn't hurt with that?" and she said "Maybe," in that kind of way that means "no."

If your shoulder hurts after bowling ten pins, it's probably because of the way you're delivering the ball rather than the weight of the ball alone. I love bowling! Let's all go! I've probably lost the knack after so many years away from the sport, so you'll be able to say you beat someone who grew up bowling ten pins. There's even a lane near me, although I don't know what it's like.

We think we're going to do mini-golf today, since there's actual sunshine, so we want to make use of it. Mom and Leila are right now in Norway for a conference, but when they get back, wanna go with Mom and Dad and us? And Leila if we can schedule it before she goes back to Florida?
