Turns out there are two different Wensleydale cheeses -- white and blue.
I just bought a white Wensleydale, because it had a picture of Wallace and Grommet on it.
Man, that's good. Okay, the blue Wensleydale is still good, if you want something in the blue family -- but the white Wensleydale is rapidly becoming one of my favorite "Hmm -- I want a piece of cheese to munch on" cheeses.
