xiphiasLIS: Look at our kitty! Isn't she adorable? Why don't you go water the cat?
IAN: Um. . . why?
LIS: Well, you've been watering the plants, and they've been growing bigger. So if you water the cat, maybe Boopsie will grow, too!
IAN: She's a carnivore! Do you really want a liger-sized kitty? Where are we going to get a hundred pounds of meat a day to feed her?
LIS: Oh, that's easy. "Hello, New England Sash Company? Yes, we'd LOVE for you to send a sales representative out to our house to talk about replacement windows!"
IAN: No. We are not the Adams Family, no matter how much we admire them.
IAN: Um. . . why?
