That's what I realized. The cake just came out of the oven; it's pretty good for a "wait, we don't have all the ingredients for this cake so I have to improvise" cake.

My best cooking creations have come from either changing a recipie intentionally, or just saying 'hell with it' and going bonzo in the kitchen...

I turned a applesause cake in to a pearsauce, frappichino, dark chocolate- sourcream frosted hiplayering dream thang during the summer.
