One of my students in Hebrew school said today, "When I grow up, I wanna be a reference librarian. No, I wanna be a SYSTEMS librarian -- that's even better!"
A systems librarian is in charge of information technology, computer systems, and stuff like that. And he'd know that because he mother is the director of ONE of the municipal libraries around here -- I forget which one. . . Somerville, maybe? And his father does programming focusing on acessibility issues. Which will come up when we discuss the mitzvah of not putting a stumbling block before the blind.
