What I did for New Year's.

vonbeck's house, and we watched Firefly on DVD. Ben made this dish which involves really good bacon, mushrooms (which I normally don't like, but this was good), and Yorkshire pudding, and we just hung out. It was just the two of us -- Lis was tired so sat it out, and we didn't get ahold of anyone else, so it was low-key, and really nice. We just haven't hung out a lot recently. So, yay for nice low-key evenings with friends you haven't seen in a while but who you've known since fourth grade.
