Any tips on cross-gender presentation?

Someone on my friends list is going to a party in which everyone is to cross-dress. And she's interested in actually doing this RIGHT.

Now, I know that a few of you have done the drag king thing in the past, and she was wondering about tips -- how to do this WELL.
