I DO love our cat, even if she makes it difficult sometimes.

Last night, our cat pissed all over Lis's bag she takes to work, and her purse. The bag's in the washing machine right now, and it is to be hoped it is salvageable, because, with the laptop insert and padded shoulder strap and all, I think it's over $100. It's a really good bag: Lis and I got our bags back when CourierWare was a storefront shop outside of Harvard Square. They're now out of Vermont, and mainly mail-order.

The folks from NOLA have got their own place now

They rented an apartment in Jamaica Plain, and moved out today. So, there are no cats or humans living downstairs.

So, until we re-rent the place, we've got a spot to put you up if anyone wants to visit in the next couple weeks. . .
