Today is pretty much sucking.

So, we're supposed to have the gas company come by and turn on the gas to the first floor today, which, you'll remember, is already occupied. So that the people already living there can cook, have hot water, and heat.

The gas company was supposed to show up between 8 and 1. They've not been here yet. I've called several times, and get no information.

I've not showered today, because I know that, if I get in the shower, they'll come then. I've not even brushed my teeth. And I'm exhausted. I went to bed at 11, woke up after 7, and have been exhausted all day. And I've got tons of stuff to do, much of it outside the house, which I can't do because I'm stuck here. And a lot of the stuff IN the house I'm too tired and grotty to do. This sucks.
