. . . and THAT'S why I didn't show up at the Mystery House Chocolate Party tonight, even though I wanted to, and had been wondering if I could put in an appearance after I got out of work.

And there's a Birthday Luau tomorrow that I really want to make an appearance at and hope I can work that in.

HOW COME ALL YOU PEOPLE ARE DOING FUN STUFF NOW???

You'll only have the red X on your own comments. That would allow you to delete your comments if you want.

That's one of the cool things about blogs. Two of the better Iraqi blogs IMO are Baghdad Burning, http://riverbendblog.blogspot.com/, who is Iraqi, and ginmar who is an American currently serving. Nice also to get a female perspective on matters, which both provide.

thanks so much for this. This is a big reason, aside from giving support, that I went to the Miblogs.

We have a high Tibetan Lama down here in Rhode Island this weekend giving teachings so I will not be able to read this till I am on the plane Tuesday heading to Florida for the Bruce Springsteen concert.

Our house is full of out of town guests and one local Lama! So no comments until Tuesday. Just wanted to say thank you.

Well actually - my family lives there. I'm going to visit my Mom and I'm taking my brother for his 50th birthday to the concert.
