Anyone need a chicken neck?

See, a broiled chicken neck is one of the things that you put on the seder plate. And the Butcherie sells chicken necks by the pound. I got the smallest thing of 'em that I could find. But I'm going to use one for the seder plate, and maybe another one or two for soup, and that leaves like a dozen. Anyone want one, or ten?

It's not fair. If you lived just across town, I could pop over and pick them up, and make a lovely huge pot of garlicky broth. Sigh. I guess I'll just have to buy my own. Sigh.

Hey, I spent about $2 for about a pound and a half of 'em, which was the smallest pack. See if your local kosher butcher has a hot special on them the way mine did.
