Anyone need a chicken neck?

See, a broiled chicken neck is one of the things that you put on the seder plate. And the Butcherie sells chicken necks by the pound. I got the smallest thing of 'em that I could find. But I'm going to use one for the seder plate, and maybe another one or two for soup, and that leaves like a dozen. Anyone want one, or ten?

Besides, chicken necks are delicious when properly prepared. Not exactly filet mignon, but definitely tasty AND they are VERY low in fat (read NONE)
