Feb. 7th, 2004 11:27 amWent to sleep at 1, woke up at 11. Completely out of it. Headachey and vague.
Had nightmares. Dreamt that I was cast in some role on a huge stage production of something BASED on Rocky Horror Show, but it had all new songs. I was running late and got to the theater fifteen minutes before curtain. At which point, I had to scrounge and find a script to learn my lines, because nobody had bothered to give me a script before.
I woke up from that nightmare, with some relief that it WAS just a dream, and went back to sleep to have more weird dreams, borderline nightmares. In one, I was on an airplane going through really bad turbulence -- I hate planes anyway, so, even though nothing bad happened to the plane, nor did anyone EXPECT anything bad to happen to the plane, just BEING on a plane makes it a nightmare. Especially when it was going through bad enough turbulence that it kept going into free-fall.
Ouch. My head and upper back hurt.

Date: 2004-02-07 12:54 pm (UTC)Your nightmares sound stress related. Is there some event coming up that would put you in such nightmarish situations?

Date: 2004-02-07 10:47 pm (UTC)Of course, it's not very macho to admit to watching that film. Of course, the fact that my five top romantic films are Love Actually, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Monsoon Wedding, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, and When Harry Met Sally, would definitely identify me as a Sensitive New Age Guy. Date: 2004-02-07 11:20 pm (UTC)I would also recommend seeing Love Actually, as well as Blowdry. Both films feature Bill Nighy who is one of the greatest hams of all time. (Blowdry also has Rachel Griffiths, Alan Rickman, Josh Hartnett, Rachel Leigh Cook, and Natasha Richardson.) Blowdry is one of the greatest comedies to ever come out of Britain.
