Just so y'all know. Funeral's at 11 on Sunday. There's an all-school program at Hebrew School, so I'm trying to figure out if I can teach from 9:30 to 10:30, then skip out on the program -- Rafi's fine with that; Lis thinks that doing it that way is cutting timing to tight, and that I shouldn't teach at all. But I want to.

Baruch dayan emet, and may you be comforted. I understand the desire to teach that morning anyway. Teaching Torah in her memory is a very fine way to honor your Aunt.

*hugs* and condolences to you and your family.

I think if the funeral parlor is more than a 15-minute drive from the Hebrew school, it probably will make you late to the funeral if you decide to teach. But I agree that the person your aunt Debbie sounds like would probably appreciate the need to do it.

I'm very sorry. Your Aunt Debbie sounds like the sort of person anyone would be blessed to know and proud to call family. It's not much comfort right now, I know, but she will always live as long as you remember her. And as long as you tell us all about her. All your friends will carry a little piece of Auntie Debbie around because you made her so real for us.

*hugs*

My condolences. I'm glad she was able to choose her time and felt that she was ready.
