xiphiasNobody's tracking Question 1 that I can see: my assumption is that it's a shoo-in, but that may just be wishful thinking on my part. (That's the "auto manufacturers have to sell diagnostic information to independent repair shops at the same price that they sell it to dealerships" one.) The fly in the ointment is the "Skip Question 1" movement: a "grassroots" organization funded by the dealerships which claims that we don't need to vote for Question 1 anymore, because of the compromise.
For Question 2, Death with Dignity/Physician-Assisted Suicide, it looks like the Commonwealth feels about as ambivalent as I do: 44% support the measure, 42% oppose it, and 14% are undecided/decline to answer, with a margin of error of +/- 4%. And I got to say, that's about how I feel -- 44% in favor, 42% opposed, and 14% undecided.
Question 3, Medical Marijuana seems to be about 60% in favor, 35% opposed, 5% undecided/decline to answer. That's about how I feel about it, too -- largely in favor of it.
