The short version: Arthur Boorman was a paratrooper in the Gulf War. Eventually, the cumulative toll of repeated jumps took a devastating toll on his knees and back, and he was no longer able to walk unassisted, with no expectation that that would ever change. Unable to move easily, and depressed about it, his heath suffered, and his weight ballooned, which didn't do his knees, back, mobility, health, or depression any favors. . .
Then, eventually, he started trying to see if he couldn't go in the other direction.

Just started looking for DDPYOGA via Google. 100s of hits, mostly promotional. I was looking for balance or objectivity, at least some comment other than "You should get this!" or "I just started and I'm feeling great!" Here's one:

If you look on the DDP Yoga site you can find a video of an amazing physical transformation of Arthur Boorman. If that doesn't prove to you that this program works then nothing will.
As for the price of the program, you can make 3 payments of $35 a month but once you get it you will see you will have to then buy a heart monitor and change your eating habits which again costs money.
