Masters of Business Administration. It's a Masters' level degree in, yes, administering businesses, and is often a prerequisite for management positions of a given level of responsibility. I'm not actually entirely clear on everything that one learns as an MBA, but I believe it includes things about managing people, of managing resources for project allocation, and even some micro- and macroeconomics. It's a pretty wide-ranging group of topics, basically, as I understand it, being something along the like of "the group of skills which will allow someone to be effective in a capitalistic and/or corporate environment and market", but Undauntra can correct me if I'm off-base on that.
