As for me, you may take any parts anyone may wish to use. Take the whole carcass and give it to medical students to dissect. Dispose of the rest as seems best to you. I won't notice or care. I won't be there.
However, since people like some direction at this time of like: corrugated cardboard box to the crematorium. No viewing of the corpse or wake (never could stand that custom). Family and friends can gather together for a sendoff, and scatter my ashes in the Atlantic. The second movement of Beethoven's Seventh Symphony would be nice.
