More tracking of how I'm doing

Yesterday was another lost day, just about. I drove Lis to work, and we started defragging the hard drives on the computer, which was a mistake. I got home, did fifteen minutes of work, then couldn't take my fifteen minute break on the computer, because it was defragging for the whole day, and it messed me up. I built a habit, and doing differently was . . . bad.
I did take the cats to the groomer, and had them bathed and brushed and all, and crashed out and was tired. I picked up the cats at about 3:30, but stopped at a Burger King on the way there, and had a Whopper. And felt better. Something in the Whopper is what I was lacking.
I also washed and changed the sheets to a different set, in case I was sleeping poorly because I'd been sweating through the sheets. And adjusted the bedroom fans.
Shrink appointment today; I'm going to print this stuff out and see if we can find patterns and a way forward.
