So, let's suppose that . . .

Suppose that all the extremist Christian-dominionist fundies get Raptured, the Ayn-Randians "Go Galt", and the tech-supremacists are Singularitied.

Wouldn't that be nice?

What if you were a Randian Dominionist?

What if the Messiah comes? I know I'd be torn, especially since I don't believe in the Messiah but would like to...

Oh Hell yes.

What is "being Singularitied?" I'm not sure if I'm in that group or not.

I'm in the third group. Have fun.

I've been waiting for that day more eagerly than they have.

(Well not so much the techies, but definitely the other two.)

I would be, in and of myself, Singularity-minded, but too many people I care for are not, so that would leave me far too busy dithering to enjoy myself.

You do realize that would leave us with the Jehovah's Witnesses and there "Paradise on Earth."

But that would mean the extremist Christian-dominionist fundies were right.
