Yeah, right. As if you'd do things any differently if you lived elsewhere.
Remember the time I took the duct tape off my bathroom sink drain pipe, and it turned out there was no pipe, only duct tape? And the loss of integrity caused the drain pipe for the clawfoot tub, which happend to be full at the time, to collapse into the basement? Fun times.
At least that water was clean. If your sewage pipes had let go.... *shudder*
