xiphiasI woke up, I couldn't talk at all. One mug of hot tea with lemon and honey, I could talk in a glottal-fried croak. Two mugs, and my voice is, if not quite normal, at least usable. Why does hot tea with lemon and honey fix voices?
I suspect after a hot shower, I'll feel human enough to leave the house. And I will be able to make it to the gym today. I may not do a full workout, but, as my mother pointed out, the YMCA has a sauna. . .
