Ooo. Sounds yummy. I wonder how much relation this stuff bears to the pomegranate molasses you get for middle-eastern cooking? Maybe just a difference in how much reduction is going on?

Also, I love bottled pomegranate juice, because it makes pomegranate sorbet absurdly easy to make, and that is some of the best stuff ever.
