I just met the bar manager I want to work for

Lis and I took a class on the History of the Cocktail tonight, run by the fellow who runs the bar at Eastern Standard in Kenmore Square.

Okay, that's the person I want to work for next.

I gave him my card and talked to him after the class. He's a cocktail geek. He's doing what I want to be doing -- well, at least some of it.
