I never even had a clue of what people MEANT about type 2 dreams before I got properly medicated. It wasn't even that I couldn't follow a dream and take steps to make it real. I had absolutely no idea what having a dream meant. I understood daydreams, but being able to follow a dream without being knocked down, stumbled into by blind impulses and leapt on by predatory quagmires, wasn't even part of my conception of the world as I could experience it.

IOW: go, you. If meds are making as much difference to you as they have to me, I think you can do this.
