And now we're debating going to a housewarming party for some friends who just discovered that the person who is renting the house to them does not in fact OWN said house and that the people who DO own the house want them to move out.
*grin* Pretty close. Except that the house isn't owned by anybody yet. There's a court-appointed probate attorney who's handling the disposition of the house, and there's a buyer with a "purchase & sale agreement," but there are still hearings to be had and legal stuff to do before she actually owns the house -- which means there's still time for us to act in our own interest. Which is where balsamicdragon comes in. :)
