I don't know if it's possible for someone who DOES have clinical depression to understand it. Because, from inside -- all of that looks REAL. It doesn't look like depression -- it looks like you're a worthless person who is weak, has no willpower, and is morally bankrupt.
could you talk some about what happened to make you think that (or make you act as if) you were depressed rather than worthless? because i know someone who (with my enormous psychological background of two semesters in undergrad ;) think is depressed, but they explain to me they're not, it's just that [insert moral failing here].
