The thing is -- we could do that back on the health care plan we had from Lis's employer two employers ago. But we can't do that now.

Tying health care to employment, the way we do in the United States, means that you CAN get that level of health care -- SOMETIMES. But then, if you change jobs, you can lose that level of health care.
