Athsma

So, this morning, I couldn't find my athsma inhaler. I had it when I helped Mike move, and it REALLY helped, and I couldn't find it today, and it feels like I'm suffocating.

This is great news. Not that I can't find my inhaler, but that I feel like I'm suffocating when I'm not using it.

I'm annoyed because, before I had the inhaler, I wasn't aware that I was suffocating, so it didn't annoy me. But that suggests that at least some of the problems I've been having has been because I wasn't breathing. So now, we KNOW what one problem is, AND what the solution is!

'Course, I still need to find the inhaler.

How often do you use that inhaler, though? More than every week or so and you can get far better control with a preventative.

Dunno yet. I got this partially as an experiment to see what athsma control would do for my life.

agree with above

when you have more of a sense of how your body is doing and what it needs I think there are herbals that will cut down on the strength of the asthma. I can't remember what I read about inhaler ingredients but it was not great stuff to use on a regular basis.

what you are doing now sounds like learning to listen to your body in a new way. The rest can come later.
