Athsma
So, this morning, I couldn't find my athsma inhaler. I had it when I helped Mike move, and it REALLY helped, and I couldn't find it today, and it feels like I'm suffocating.
This is great news. Not that I can't find my inhaler, but that I feel like I'm suffocating when I'm not using it.
I'm annoyed because, before I had the inhaler, I wasn't aware that I was suffocating, so it didn't annoy me. But that suggests that at least some of the problems I've been having has been because I wasn't breathing. So now, we KNOW what one problem is, AND what the solution is!
'Course, I still need to find the inhaler.

(I am also perpetually mislaying the inhalers; I've ended up with about six of the danged things, just so I could always find at least *one.*)

agree with above
what you are doing now sounds like learning to listen to your body in a new way. The rest can come later.

If you haven't by now and are still feeling tight, you need to call your doctor.
